Alumora is a premium skincare clinic specialising in advanced, high-tech facial treatments for women seeking a more informed, results-driven approach to their skin. With no existing website, the goal was to create a digital presence that felt established, trustworthy, and reflective of the premium in-person experience. The website needed to educate potential clients, position the founder as an expert, and create a seamless journey toward booking through Fresha. Visual branding colours and style were provided by the client and refined for the project.
THE CHALLENGE: Alumora had no central digital presence, making it difficult for new clients to understand the brand, explore treatments, or build trust before booking.
As a premium service, this created friction - clients needed more reassurance, clarity, and confidence before committing to treatments.

The visual language was designed to reduce hesitation before booking. Soft neutrals and deep blues create a sense of trust and professionalism, while typography balances elegance with innovation.
This was done by pairing refined serif headings with clean, highly readable body text and subtle Roboto Mono accents to reflect Alumora's blend of luxury skincare and advanced technology.
The website was designed as a trust-building and conversion-focused platform, guiding users from discovery to booking with clarity and confidence.
Key strategic decisions included:
Positioning the founder as an expert
through education-led messaging
Structuring treatments clearly
to simplify decision-making
Using testimonials and FAQs
to reduce hesitation and build trust
Creating a seamless transition
from website to Fresha booking
Designing a premium but approachable aesthetic
to balance luxury with clarity, ensuring the site fully converts users before they reach booking
The website was designed in Figma and developed in Webflow, with a focus on clean structure, responsiveness, and scalability. Pages included: Homepage, About, Treatments, Additional Treatments, Gallery, and Enquiry. A CMS system was implemented to allow for easy updates and future service expansion without requiring a redesign.
A CMS structure was implemented to allow Alumora to easily manage and expand treatment offerings as the business grows. This ensures new services, pricing updates, and content changes can be made without relying on ongoing development - supporting long-term scalability and flexibility.

The website was structured to guide users intuitively from discovery through to booking. Clear navigation, strategic call-to-actions, and well-paced content sections ensure users can explore treatments, build trust, and move seamlessly toward booking without friction.
By combining personal story with professional credibility, the About section builds trust and reinforces the brand’s expert-led approach to skincare.
Testimonials and FAQs were strategically placed to address common concerns and reduce hesitation. This is particularly important for new clients exploring advanced treatments, where reassurance, clarity, and social proof play a key role in decision-making.
For higher-consideration services, an enquiry form was integrated to allow for more personalised communication. This creates a softer conversion path for clients who may not be ready to book immediately, while still capturing high-intent leads.
The website was designed to perform seamlessly across all devices, with a mobile-first approach to ensure accessibility and usability. Given that the majority of users browse on mobile, this was key to maintaining a smooth and consistent user experience.
The final website transformed Alumora from a business without a digital presence into a brand with strong positioning and credibility. The new site created a clear customer journey, improved trust, and allowed clients to feel informed and confident before booking. It now acts as a scalable platform for future growth while supporting consistent lead generation.
The biggest challenge was ensuring the website fully established trust before the booking stage. Because users were redirected externally to Fresha, the website needed to communicate expertise, professionalism, and value upfront - requiring a strong focus on messaging, structure, and user flow.
Whether you're launching something new or rethinking an existing website, I'd love to hear about your project.
